Santa photos

So far a very busy day. Up early to talk to P&E, then off to swim school where M did very well swimming on his own again. After swim we went to see Santa at the shopping centre, and got a photo. For the first time ever M smiled! He was a bit nervous though, but after the photo he had a discussion with Santa about presents and they apparently agreed on the Kevin Levin car (thanks Santa, that is the cheapest one out of every item on the wish list) and M and I had lunch at Coffee Club. Then drove to A&E's house to drop off money I owed A for tickets to the Christmas concert next Friday and the kids had a bit of a play.
So now it's like 1.30pm and we just got home and both of us are pooped. He's on the couch watching ABC Kids and I'm blogging. It's a beautiful day today, windy and sunny. Wonder how the cricket is going (not allowed to watch, because of M and his darn cartoons).
Tomorrow is work, then Sunday is archery and then off to Calvert with little cousin and his friend and we are finally going to meet the kangaroos and the tawny frogmouths.
Finished the book, it was good. I quite liked Fitz and some of the characters' interactions with him were endearing and heartbreaking. Sometimes I got frustrated with him always failing and getting knocked out or beaten up or sick from being poisoned and utterly reliable on others to save him, but he kind of made up for it in the end. Although The Skill has nothing on The One Power in WOT, at least that's my opinion.
Cross-trainer or long walk tonight, definitely.
