Well, I don't usually put "selfies" on the internet, because I'm like not 15 and silly and stuff.
But yesterday, in spite of having a cold, I felt quite nice in my new green earrings and new purple stripe top and took a photo of myself.
Obviously I wouldn't put it on facebook, but here it's safe enough being only my nearest and dearest come here...

I haven't been blogging much, sorry. Little J hasn't been sleeping too wonderfully and that saps a lot of my energy, especially the part of my energy that goes into things such as blogging. Once I've done all the stuff I have to do, there's not much left in me. Oh well, such is motherhood and she won't be a baby forever. Soon enough she will be as tricky to get out of bed as her brother! Ha.Obviously lots of things have happened in the past almost two weeks. H was away for a few days, and then he's worked quite a bit extra. My car is being annoying again. I bought beautiful earrings online and I can't wait to show you them on here! Uncle G has moved back to Brisbane, woo hoo. We are seeing him on Sunday.But the best thing that has happened is the Parent/Teacher Interview for M. I was a little nervous about it, being first time. And how is he doing? He is doing amazingly well. His teacher said his results are outstanding and that whilst most kids in his class are Level 2 readers, he is about to get moved up to Level 5. I am so proud of my little man :-)
There is this sense of doom regarding my beloved blog at the moment; and that is why I don't blog much. H is very reluctant to swap to Google Chrome and I don't know how long I will be able to sneak in this way to blog so it feels like a temporary save and soon I will have to move my whole blog elsewhere. BUT where? Gosh. What will I lose? Such sadness.Well, update! We didn't do Seaworld due to the weather but Swedish School was pretty good. M learnt a new word; orm! He also said the word bil in class, which both me and the teacher got ridiculously excited about. Ha ha.This week is busy; tomorrow I have to sort Centrelink shit out, on Wednesday M is doing indoor climbing, on Thursday I am going to the movies with some school mums and it's swimming too, on Friday I am going to a celebration at Redcliffe Hospital (long story) and then it's the weekend again! Golly gosh. Life is good. Or I should say great, right?
With this blog. Something about Google and web browsers and stuff. Can't figure it out and it's quite upsetting because it leaves me unable to blog. So much has happened (weddings and meeting the new cousin and Anzac Day and so on and so forth) but most days I can't get on here...Sadness.
This is my 500th post on this blog! Yay! Started back in May 2010 and have had over 8000 page visits since then; mainly from my family members I believe but also from lots of places around the world.I love blogging, it's totally egocentric and wonderful. All about me, me, me and ME! Ha ha.
