Biggest sigh of relief. We survived the accountant and we're getting a bit of money. Not massive amounts since we only had an investment property for like 3 weeks in the last financial year but at least we know that we're on the right track now.
The accountant was awesome, in the middle of Samford Valley and not part of a big chain but a guy running his own place. Loved it!
Tomorrow is Friday funday. We will speak to P&E on the webcam, then I got a few (or actually lots of) errands to run and then swim school of course. I don't think I'll get around to getting groceries tomorrow, perhaps on Sunday.
Very tired, but very relieved. I believe once I finalise some things tomorrow, all I've got left to sort out is the FAO paperwork. Gah.
