Yesterday little J turned one month! She spent that day crying and screaming and wanting to be cuddled constantly. We couldn't figure out what was going on; we went to the park for a few hours and it was a nightmare because she just complained and moaned the whole time.
Anyways, got home and she sneezed. This huge green booger came out. And guess what, little J fell asleep and slept for hours and woke up all smiles and joy again. So it was that booger that wrecked our Sunday!
I got quite sunburnt at the park, and last night I finally did a session on the cross-trainer again (since doctor said it was safe now) so I have woken up this morning with sore arms and legs and burning skin. Oh well. Kind of feels great!
Today it's going to be stinking hot apparently so will take the kids to the shops in the morning and then relax at home with all the windows open (house stays amazingly cool that way). Unfortunately the air-con in my car has broken down for a third time so we can't do any big drives or, really, any drives at all after 10am since it's dangerous to put a little baby in a hot car. Sucks, but oh well.
H will hopefully take the car back to the mechanic AGAIN on Wednesday. At least we won't have to pay for it; since it's only been like... three weeks since last time. Gah!
