Halloween Witches Hats

Heaps good!
Made the base first, just a pretty easy recipe with flour, brown sugar, cocoa and egg.
Then some mini ice-cream cones dipped in melted chocolate (messy but fun!) and decorated with mini M&Ms. Definitely doing these next year too.
