My first cheesecake!

I have been really keen to try making a cheesecake, and here's the result of my first one! It's a Cookies & Cream cheesecake. Lots of fat. Like heaps and heaps. Also plenty of sugar.
But hey, it's more a special treat than an everyday thing so it's all good.
