Ex-Cyclone Oswald

We are currently experiencing another flood in Brisbane. It's nowhere near as bad as two years ago, but it's still awful for everyone who are affected. We are okay though, although our backyard is a swimming pool again!
The worst thing has probably been sitting at home trying not to go crazy. Totally stuck in the house! The winds were very fierce too yesterday, the whole house shook and we lost electricity several times, although only for short periods.
Well, tomorrow is another day and even though half of the schools in the area are shut, M's school isn't! Sucked in!!!
So it's M's 6th birthday tomorrow and first day of Year One as well! Big day ahead...
