Choc Mallow Jelly Slice

Great success!
It took a while, not because of lots to do but rather because of waiting times between layers.
First I made the cookie base, and it had to sit in fridge for 10 minutes.
Second was the melted chocolate and thickened cream, and 1 hour in fridge.
Third melted marshmallows and milk and 3 hours in fridge.
Last the jelly and 4 more hours in fridge.
M was watching and waiting with excitement all day and got to try it first. It's super-duper-yum!
Will suit great for bringing to parties and stuff, and easy to cut with cookie cutters for different shapes too.
Yay!
