Fun at the Parklands

We went to Roma Street Parklands today for a playdate with our old Mums Club friends. It was lovely to catch up, as always, and the kids played well together although there were a couple of tears here and there.
Very hot today, and sunny, which made for a great day at the park of course, but also meant we were all pretty tired once we got home.
M slept for over an hour on the couch in the afternoon so now he's up late playing Harry Potter on the Wii. But that's okay, first thing we have on tomorrow is the car show at 9am and then swimming school at 10am. Then just some groceries, and getting ready for the week ahead.
I am happy we enjoyed the sunny weather today, since apparently we are looking at 200mm of rain on Monday and Tuesday. Gah.
