Bought recipes+ magazine a couple of days ago and found these really fun recipes for so-called "chocolate bark". It is basically melted chocolate (white, dark or milk) that you spread out on a tray and sprinkle with stuff. Super easy and fun, and there are heaps of varieties.
I had some left-over chocolate melts from FS's cheesecake so I bought a 50 cent Peppermint Crisp for this particular type of bark and just made it now. It's in the fridge where it has to set for 3 hours.
I have really been getting into making delicious, naughty type of desserts lately, not sure why. Just in that mood.
