From recipes+ magazine. Supposed to only cost $3 per person, but I reckon I spent a lot more than that.
Well, the filling inside the tortillas was beef, tomato paste, kidney beans, peas and mexican chilli and tasted delicious. But I kind of felt that the nacho sauce and the cheese on top kind of wrecked it a little bit. Made it all too rich.
H loved it. Of course! M didn't like it at all, because of the chilli. He ended up having cold can of baked beans. I ate lots of it, because I hadn't eaten much all day. Then I kind of regretted it, because of its richness.
Will most likely make it again, but not very often.
