Yesterday I made this for the first time in years. Mainly because my boss DE gave me a pumpkin from his garden and I wanted to use it all. I used to love my pumpkin soup, but the fact is that the lentil soup I make nowadays is so super-duper-yummy that this just does not compare.
Oh well. I'll stick to my lentil soup I think.
