Korma Coconut Chicken Drumsticks

New recipe, again thanks to recipes+ magazine!

We were all a bit over the sesame-honey-ginger drumsticks so time to try something else. These ones were cooked in a marinade made from light coconut milk, fresh lemon juice and korma paste. Add Basmati rice and boiled peas and red capsicum and a sprinkle of eschallots on the top.

Delicious? Yes, very! Beautiful.

M and I had a swim at the local pool; best day ever. Hooray for today, I say!
