Fairy wands

Just back from the pool, where we splashed around for a good hour. Lovely, just lovely!

This morning we did go to Chermside like M wanted and had coffee and did some looking around, but very little shopping actually. I have got some great ideas for Christmas though.

Talking about Christmas presents... the very special one for Auntie L and Uncle P arrived in the mail today... we bought it on ebay. Let's see if I can handle holding on to it for another two months... Ha! I tend to give presents away early.

After Chermside we went to the library and got out a whole stack of new books, then to the Post Office to send away number 10 of the New Years Resolution. Now there's only two left, the last one I already know what I'm doing, so just one more I need to give some consideration.

Now, after the pool, M is watching the movie Cars and I plan to potter around the house and do stuff. I'm going to procrastinate FAO until tomorrow, I think, and do it before picking M up from kindy. H is working late tonight.

The only thing we got at Chermside were these wooden fairy wands from the craft shop, and we have painted and decorated them. Aren't they pretty? I've gone for the typical girly look whilst M is doing a boy-fairy one.
