Pork Chops With Apples
In the slowcooker from Margaret Fulton book. Looked good, but meat turned out very dry and tough. The apples just tasted strange. Too bad I spent over $20 at the organic butcher to get free-range pork and then nobody enjoyed the meal.
Meh.
