A ninja and a Batman

It's been a very busy week.
I have been working lots, and the kids have been full-on on our days off.
Our playdate on Wednesday was cancelled because SBLL were sick, so we walked over to Chipmunks Play Centre and actually really enjoyed ourselves on our own. M was such a helpful and wonderful big brother, he has really stepped up to the mark in the past few weeks and become increasingly mature. So wonderful.
On Thursday we had AA from school over for a playdate for a couple of hours in the morning, and then ZW from school for a playdate in the afternoon. I was supertired afterwards, of course. It was intense.
Very interesting to see how differently M played with those two boys. With AA it was quiet. They sat in M's room and fiddled with the Ninjago Lego and discussed the different characters and vehicles. With ZW it was absolute mayhem running around the place in dress-ups (see picture!) fighting each other with toy weapons.
M loved both, but I most say the first one was easier to handle lol!!! Then Thursday night I had hairdressing appointment, so a bit of relaxation which I needed.
Today we were at home because H had to work in the morning. Then took the kids to Woolies by myself on a Saturday which was exhausting and no fun at all.
Tomorrow is swim school and probably some coffee and toast at the coffee shop first. On Monday school is back! Woo hoo!!!
