Kafka- Metamorphosis

Yes, that is how it starts. At school we had to read Kafka and I remember it being quite hard-going and heavy stuff, so I haven't been interested to read any more since then. But when I found this particular book at the Bookfest I decided to give it a try; mainly because it was short lol.

I think perhaps I just wasn't ready for Kafka when I was like 15 or whatever. I am very much ready for him now. It was an amazing book, I absolutely loved it. The horror of the situation, and the reactions of the characters were just perfect. Wonderful book, but scary of course and sad in the end. Now I might have to pick up some more Kafka at the library...
